My background and experience allow me to view commercial real estate from a holistic perspective. My ability to build long-lasting client partnerships, empower and train staff, and manage a portfolio of assets enables me to make a swift and meaningful contribution to the companies with which I work. As president of Ratcliff Development, I manage all of the firm’s development and investment in the US Gulf-South region. To date, I have led the firm to complete more than $175MM in development projects & dispositions.
